My week started without having a plan to be writing about housing. I had two other topics that I was writing about.
That shifted midweek when I couldn’t help but notice all the housing data that had started coming out. It was all painting a similar picture. A picture that doesn’t look bright for housing.
It wasn’t just one or two charts, or data points that jumped out. There is a number of them.
Housing looks to be quietly deteriorating. Prices are going down on supply.
